    Previously, we introduced the high-performance gyroscope sensor SGPM01 for lawn mower inertial navigation. SGPM01 is a module developed based on high-performance gyroscope sensors and accelerometers, with built-in 3-axis gyroscopes and 3-axis accelerometer sensors. Epson also has a low-cost small heading angle output sensor based on QMEMS sensors, which is the high-performance inertial navigation gyroscope sensor GGPM6083STD applied to swimming pool robots.
GGPM6083STD is a gyroscope module developed based on high-performance gyroscope sensors, relying on high-precision sensors, high-performance processors, and advanced digital signal processing algorithms. The module outputs very stable heading angles, real-time attitude, and temperature. The module supports UART data communication and adopts a stamp half hole SMT interface, with a size of 15.24 * 17.81mm.

Application precautions:

The installation angle of the module should be as horizontal as possible, with the normal of the module parallel to the rotation axis of the machine.

The module must be installed reliably to ensure that it does not loosen during operation.

The module should be kept away from heat sources as much as possible, such as areas with high heat generation or large changes in heat generation, such as the power supply, motor drive power, and main MCU. These areas usually generate significant heat and uneven heating and cooling.

During operation, try to be as smooth as possible, avoid large collisions, and sudden large angle rotations. Try to follow (stop, accelerate, maintain a constant speed, decelerate, stop) as much as possible. This kind of exercise behavior ensures the smoothness of the movement.
