The most commonly used product in the market is the SOP-8 packaged RTC. Epson's RX8010 series is compatible with this type of RTC. And there is no need for an external crystal circuit. It can be directly replaced and used. Economical and fast replacement. For example, applications with low requirements such as industrial control, equipment counting and timing, etc
4. The last category is the ultra small packaging RTC, which is only the size of a regular 3225 crystal and has a power consumption of only 0.3uA. And there is no need for an external crystal circuit. Low price and excellent performance. Mainly used in small package design, such as smartwatches, IoT communication modules, and small modules.
