S1C31W65 is the latest member of the Epson 32-bit high-efficiency S1C31W series microprocessor. It adopts Epson ultra-low leakage current technology and ArmCortex M0+processing core, achieving a perfect combination of low power consumption and high performance.

The highest operating frequency is 33MHz, using Epson's representative display driver technology, with built-in adjustable LCD voltage driver and up to 416 LCD driver circuits. It integrates rich peripheral interfaces including real-time clock (RTC), ADC, temperature sensors, etc. The operating temperature can reach 105 ℃, and the sleep power consumption is 0.3 microamperes, which is very suitable for various consumer applications and the requirements of IoT systems for microprocessing products.
