Penetrating power inside buildings. The millimeter wave frequency band uses higher frequencies, provides short distances, and has little or no penetration through building structures.

This 5G frequency band list is taken from the latest release version of 3GPP TS 38.101. The table below lists the designated frequency bands and channel bandwidths for the 5G NR standard.

Please note that the NR band is defined by the prefix 'n'. When the NR frequency band overlaps with the 4G LTE frequency band, they share the same frequency band number.
