In order to support the rapid development of customer products, Epson programmable crystal oscillators have emerged. You can order them from distributors within 24 hours or use Epson's SG Writer II programmer to burn blank chips yourself.
Epson's SG-8018 offers a wider temperature range and programmed waveform rise/fall times. For mass production needs, users can purchase large quantities of Epson programmable oscillator products (Epson factory will complete frequency firing) or choose Epson pin compatible custom frequency oscillator models.

Quick delivery
After production, it is easy to switch back to other Epson fixed frequency oscillators
Expand temperature range
low power consumption
Epson has recently launched the cost-effective next-generation programmable oscillator series SG-8018, which has a temperature range extended to 105 ℃, standard SPXO accuracy (± 50 ppm, including aging), and can also write the rising and falling edge times of output waveforms. This product is Epson's fifth generation programmable oscillator product, which has lower power consumption than the earlier programmable series.
Quick delivery
Epson agents can burn SG-8018 oscillators, write the frequency required by customers, and deliver them to users within 24 hours. Alternatively, users can also perform their own burning work in their own laboratory using an Epson SG Writer II programmer and blank chips. The burning method is very simple, you can download the SG Writer II burning software from Epson's official website.
How to Work
Epson's SG-8018 is composed of an AT fundamental frequency crystal and a frequency division phase-locked loop. Its burning frequency range is from 0.67 to 170 MHz, and it can achieve a frequency burning accuracy of 1ppm. The frequency burn in setting uses OTP technology (can only be written once).
Ordering options:
Epson's SG-8018 oscillator comes in four package sizes, ranging from 2.5 x 2.0 to 7.0 x 5.0. When placing an order, be sure to confirm its size.
After the development of your product is completed, for mass production and small batches, you can choose to convert the programmable oscillator to Epson's fixed frequency oscillator. Programmable oscillators are the ideal choice for your R&D stage, but they can also be used in the finished product stage or converted into Epson compatible fixed frequency oscillator series during mass production. The following is a list of corresponding fixed frequency oscillators.
