Heating the packaging material to above+150 ° C will damage the product characteristics or damage the product. If you need to weld crystal products above+150 ° C, it is recommended to use SMD products. Under the following reflux conditions, using higher temperatures on crystal products or even SMD products can damage product characteristics. Suggest using the following configuration conditions for reflux. Before installing these products, the welding temperature and time should be checked. At the same time, if the installation conditions are changed, please conduct another inspection.
