1. Wire cutting: It refers to cutting various finished wires into the required length for the produced connecting wires.

2. Terminal crimping: It is the process of crimping a suitable terminal onto a cut wire.

3. Sub assembly: Install connectors and other components to form a small branching line.

4. Final assembly: Assemble various small strands on a large tooling board, wrap them with tape, and install various protective components such as corrugated pipes and protective brackets.

5. Testing: Check whether each circuit is unobstructed, conduct appearance testing, gromet waterproof testing, etc. on a dedicated testing board.
