32 kHz Oscillators

SiTime MEMS 32 kHz solutions are ideal for replacing traditional quartz crystal resonators in wearable and mobile applications, where space and power are critical.

32 kHz TCXOs

The SiTime 32 kHz TCXO lineup is the first to offer ±3 ppm stability in a 1.2 mm2 chip-scale package. The typical core supply current is as low as 1 μA. These 32 kHz TCXOs are factory-calibrated over multiple temperature points to guarantee extremely tight, all-inclusive frequency stability.

· The SiT1552 TCXO offers supply current as low as 0.99 μA, plus NanoDrive™ programmable output to further minimize power consumption

· The SiT1566, SiT1567, and SiT1580 TCXOs offer low integrated RMS phase jitter at 2.5 ns, 2.0 ns, and 1.8 ns respectfully

· The SiT1580 uses the latest generation of EpiSeal® technology which hermetically seals the resonator, making it impervious to all small-molecule gases and immune to external atmospheric elements
