Epson launches 5G base stations with high-temperature resistant and high stability temperature compensated crystal oscillators

     Epson has launched six new temperature compensated crystal oscillator models: TG7050CKN, TG7050SKNTG7050CMN, TG7050SMN, TG-5510CA, and TG-5511CA. The characteristic of these models is that they can withstand high temperatures up to 105 ℃, and are all high stability temperature compensated crystal oscillators, all in the size of 7050. This size is usually applied to large high-end equipment such as industry, automobiles, communication, and networks, and these models are also developed by the company for crystal oscillators used in 5G base stations. It can be widely applied to 5G base stations, microwaves, network synchronization, BTS, and other aspects. The characteristics of TCXO crystal oscillators such as TG7050CKN, TG7050SKN, TG7050CMN, TG7050SMN, TG-5510CA, and TG.5511CA are not entirely the same. The specific specification parameters are introduced below.


Common features of TG7050CKN, TG7050SKN, TG7050CMN, TG7050SMN, TG5510CA, and TG-5511CA:

1. These products are high stability TCXO with CMOS or limited amplitude sine output

2. Provide a frequency range of 10~54MHz

3.The rated temperature of 3.5G base station and edge computing is+105 ℃, which requires outdoor installation, miniaturization and fanless operation

4.Compared with other temperature compensated crystal oscillators, it provides various improvements, such as low temperature slope and phase noise

5. Compliant with GR-1244-COREStratum3 and G8262ECC-1 and ECC-2, without voltage control (Vc) function. Below is an analysis of the differences.
