Epson's SG-8021CJA is a crystal oscillator that meets the AEC-Q100 standard, designed specifically for demanding automotive/ADAS applications such as LiDAR and camera ECUs. It adopts Epson's internal low noise decimal NPLL, with an output frequency of up to 170MHz, phase jitter less than 1/25, and stability about twice that of the previous product SG-8101CGA. In addition, the small package size of 2.0 * 1.6mm can save circuit board space, and this SPXO can be used for small batch and fast turnaround time at any frequency in the range of 1.2MHz to 170MHz, helping automotive applications from development to large-scale production.
