M-A342VD10 and M-A542VR10 comply with ISO 10816 and ISO 20816 motor evaluation standards.
Both of these products are three-axis vibration sensors with digital speed and displacement output. Due to the use of Epson's unique microfabrication technology to produce crystal vibration sensor components, they have the characteristics of low noise, high stability, and low power consumption.
M-A542VR10 has a dustproof and waterproof RS422 interface.
Capable of measuring speed, root mean square of speed, and P-P of speed
Frequency response characteristics: 10 Hz to 1000 Hz (-3dB)
Insensitive to magnetic effects
High dynamic range: ± 100 mm/s (110 dB)
3-axis digital output SPI/UART
Power consumption: 29 mA type
Recommended application MHM (Machine Health Monitoring) State Based Maintenance (CBM) Motion Ana SHM (Structural Health Monitoring) Vibration Analysis, Control, and Stability Analysis

Recommended operating conditions

technical specifications

*1) This is a reference value for internal temperature correction and cannot guarantee accurate output of internal temperature.

*2) MTBF is an estimated value obtained based on the high temperature operation result of TA=25 ℃ as required by the system, with a reliability level of 60%.

*3) When the host is calibrated, the sensitivity of the other axis is Typ. 0.1%

The values in the specifications are based on factory calibrated data. These values may vary depending on the way the product is used. Note: Unless otherwise specified, the maximum/minimum value is the maximum/minimum value for design or factory shipping inspections. Note) The calibrated standard 1G gravity acceleration value is 9.80665 m/s2
